No, I don't expect anyone to know for sure, just seeking thoughts.
Using Q13, R12 on Windows
Upgraded a couple of years ago from an earlier version. Two step upgrade required due to age of original program.
Few years of data entered.
Needed to change the name of a Category. Clicked OK and boom ... Windows message .. Q has encountered a problem and needs to close.
On restart, all is well. Category change took effect no information lost.
I used a comma in the new Category name if that might matter.
