Need a book experts help please?

I have a book on hold from a buyer that I would like to purchase. My question is the book is a 21st print of the Anarchist Cookbook it's for my collection but before I spend the 500 on it, is it part of the original release like unabridged or has it been altered and had text removed and that from it since I know the author and book company's changed or removed things over the years? I really want an untarnished book you know ?
