How to easily get back on track?

I would say I've became slack and physically feeble for the last 6 months. I gained weight and spend most of my time on the internet (unimaginable time) . i've been feeling sad and unmotivated. I really wanted to get out of this system. I already involve myself on gym classes but I never attend them. I watched tons of motivational videos but after an hour it fades and get back to my unhealthy routine.
