Which is better? Bad grades at fancy prep school or good grades as public

I go to a fancy private prep school. The school is respected and the courses are difficult (we take college classes later on). I consider myself pretty smart and always score above average on ACTs, However because of the difficulty of the classes my grades suffer
My grades:
Creative writing: 100
Honors sophomore British Lit: 93
Honors modern world history: 90
Honors Algebra II: 69
Honors Chemistry: 78
Honors Latin: 91
