I recently started my journey on trying to slim down and achieve a slim build despite being a bigger guy all my life. I have a long way to go but Iβm seeing some (albeit minor) success, I guess my only fear is doing all the work trying to slim down to become aesthetically appealing just for any loose skin or marks to ruin it. That thought has really discouraged me recently and I was wondering if itβs possible for it to heal in some way.
I've had some improve that were the less deep ones. Using stretch mark cream regularly does help. Skin layers take about 10 years to renew so realistically they can go mostly away in 10 years. It's just like really bad scars.
What defines prime years? 30s are still very young. Life starts in your 30s. My 40s have been my favorite and the years I feel I have looked my best.
