LAW QUESTION: Phone getting subpoenaed will It matter if I have illegal things not pertaining to the case at hand in my gallery? Like graffiti, drugs?

So my ex girlfriend got arrested for domestic abuse. Iāve got a lot of videos of me doing illegal things like graffiti, drugs texts with ātransactionsā. Iām curious if anyone in law school would know if I should delete them. Even if I did would there be a way to find it?
