Time for a fertility clinic?
Post Body

So my wife and I tried to get pregnant at home with a known donor using Mosie/Two Plus syringes in November 2022, January 2023, February 2023 and April 2023 with no luck (so a total of four attempts). Our donor has had a sperm analysis and everything came back normal. I've always had regular periods, I guess they've changed a little bit as I've gotten older, when I was a teenager and in my early 20s they were every 28 days like clockwork for 6-7 days and now in my 30s (I'm 33) they're every 24-25 days for like 4-5 days, but still regular, I don't miss them or anything. I'm also 1 of 7 children and my mother had the last one in her 40s so fertility problems have never run in my family that I know of.

We're going to start trying again in March or April of this year, and I'm trying to figure out if I should be worried yet with four unsuccessful attempts under our belt (each attempt we tracked carefully and inseminated 2 or 3 times over the course of a couple days). Is it time to start trying to get in with a fertility clinic? Should I try a few more times before I should be worried/discouraged?
