So we all know Justin hooks up with Brian at 17. This would be illegal in some states, but the age of consent in Pennsylvania is 16 which is why neither his mom nor his dad could do anything about the relationship.

Fast forward to Season 1 E14, and Justin uses the fact that he’s 17 to scare off Brian’s sexual harassment accuser into dropping the charges while hooking up with him.

If him being 17 were an issue, his dad would have turned Brian into the police a long time ago, but in Pennsylvania it isn’t, so why did his plan work?
