Post Body
It’s a 3 hour bus ride to Toronto and another 3 hours back to Kingston for 3.5 hours of touring the office and meeting people at a consulting company. Do you guys think firm day’s honestly help with getting an offer at a consulting company?
I feel like most recruiting at the early stages are done using AI and tech, while later on it’s about interviews and technicals. I feel like things like firm days are increasingly useless. What your guy’s thoughts?
