If I sign a lease with a few other friends for May 2024 - April 2025 now. How hard do you guys think it’ll be to sublet it at market rate in December?
How hard is it to find a furnished house? Will I be disappointed if my asks are for rent to be below $900, furnished and a 10 - 15 min walk from main campus?
