Novated leasing an EV in Qld. Your experience?

Salary around $94k. I am thinking of starting a pre tax salary sacrifice for a new vehicle and I am looking for an EV. Anyone here started this process? Is there any obvious direct disadvantages to doing this? We can sacrifice some salary considering our living expenses, but since I own three other properties I am thinking it's probably better to sell one and buy the EV outright. Thanks
