It was so damn inaccurate. Timeliness were messed up, different aspects of the band member lives were false, and the lack of profanity and drugs was appalling. In real life, Fred couldn't go a sentence without swearing, always talking about sex and his drug use, but you don't see any of that in the movie. The timeline was horrible. In reality, he probably didn't even know that he had AIDS until a year more more after Live Aid. Also how they portrayed him joining the band wasn't accurate. In the movie, he had just met Brian and Roger right before he joined, but in real life he was already in the circle and were friends. I can keep going but it would be a very long post. I think you get what I'm saying.
