Distressed roo
Post Body

One of my roos had his hen die of old age. He's my oldest roo and was left all by himself. He's quite elderly and I suspect he is blind in 1 eye but I keep them as pets and he's doing well otherwise.

I got 2 young hens (6 weeks) and introduced them slowely, first 2 weeks besides each other, thrn finally in the same pen. The roo is still crowing like he is lonely and has done ever since he lost his hen. Any suggestions?
