So I've gone back to work as a developer, but I wanted to make something to help with my no-waste feeder system. The quail were still able to get food out of it, and the open PVC pipes I used were getting wet if we got wind and rain. So I designed a feeder port you can insert into a simple plastic container.

Benefit of this design is that it has an elongated back wall so the birds don't feel constrained as much if they put their head in. I wanted something I could pile feed up and around, and have the bird's pecking action cause it to fall down.
