Ironwolf Health Management never shows stats? "No Result" despite being online for weeks.

NAS is QNAP TS-251-US, 4 GB RAM. The drives are 4 TB Ironwolf HDDs, 5900 RPM.

I run weekly smart tests, with rapid and complete tests two days apart, and run daily Ironwolf analysis. I have logs and statistics files for IHM, but there's no data available. It always shows "no result."

SMART disk health monitoring is working, and I can confirm there have been no disconnections or power failures, and my NAS is hooked up to a UPS with monitoring over USB.

Anyone know why I wouldn't be getting the IHM statistics?
