What the heck is /usr/share/qnas_console_install/drawPic?

I notice this process eats up a lot of resources, seems to be related to the installer? Brand new deployment on a TS-462. I killed the process and CPU usage dropped by something like 40%.
Can't find much online about this process, does anyone know what it is?
