Back when I lived somewhere I had access to community classes I took a few, so I’m jus looking for a video that I can follow along like how we would follow the instructor. Preferably someone who is not facing the camera. And something that is more than like 1 or 2 videos.
Every YouTube channel I come across has endless videos explaining tai chi, the benefits of tai chi, talking about breath work etc but not what I am looking for. These channels also don’t seem well organized so even if I did want to go through all of those, I don’t really know where I’d start. I know there are lots of subtleties to tai chi and you need an instructor to learn it properly, but I am just looking for a basic video to follow along for movement sake - I am not trying to master martial arts. It was encouraged that I get involved in tai chi if only for the gentle movement.
Can someone point me to something like this??? YouTube is just not my forte I’ll be honest lol
