EHTERAZ App Rejected -

I filled my application and it was rejected. I uploaded my 2 SPUTNIK V vaccines doses certificate & the serology (antibody) test Hotel Accomodation & Passport.
However, it was rejected. In the official page it said to include a QR (If available)
Russia does not tend to give QR codes for foreigners. The certificate also met all the requirements (dosages, stamps, name, passport)
ANYONE BEEN IN A SIMILAR SITUATION?
I fly in a few days and need this resolved ASAP.
