Hi all,
I have had allergy from pollen and dust all my life. but every spring (march to june) I absolutely hate my life. I get severe post nasal drip in such climate like we got these days and have an Air Purifier humidifier in every room I spend time in (living room bedroom).
I have atleast 2 or 3 bad morning every week trying to clear my nose and throat before I can sit down and start my day or even enjoy a coffee.
I quit smoking 2 years ago (after 16 years of smoking cigs, shisha and midwakh), so things are alot better since but I still do hate Spring. I travelled to Baku right before covid hit and had to pop allergy pills daily to be able to walk on their corniche.
Please share with us how bad its gets for you in Qatars climate.
I am born and raised here so I just got use to it as I have been suffering from it since primary school.
It will be particular different types of pollen that don't grow out east.
I was terrible in the UK that time of year, but had absolutely no issues in Qatar the 2 years I was resident. I have since moved to Cyprus and get some issues there.
