Question about moving to different computer.

I'm about to take my external hard drive from my laptop and move it to a mini PC. It will have all of the torrents downloaded on it. If I do this can I just open up all the same torrent links on the new PC and have QBitTorrent check it without having to re-download everything (I have over 600 GB of torrents on my external hard drive. Thanks.
