How to restrict per torrent upload speed

Hi,

I want to restrict per torrent upload speed so that I can seed a larger number of torrents. Today a handful of them hog the bandwidth.

Can I configure it such that no single torrent takes more than 10% of the allocated upload speed?

Edit: I am able to restrict per-torrent speed as suggested below and able to get a large number of them to seed concurrently. Steps:

Select all torrents and right click
Select "Torrent managenent"
Set the upload speed.
