A few weeks ago, Forward Emergency Braking would activate when there was a car in the left lane ahead...not directly infront.

This was a massive issue & a safety hazard so I would turn it off every time I drove.

4 days ago, now getting this malfunction error. The good part is that I don't have to turn off FEB everytime. The bad part is that I have see this error message 24/7.

Dealership is asking $425 just to look at the issue, not covering repairs. Is there a way to make this error go away? Anyone have a guide on how to access the sensor through the lower front grille?

I'm fine with FEB not working.
