Battery issues ??

So I recently changed my battery on my q50 almost a week ago yesterday I was stopping to get gas I enter the vehicle and everything seemed dead no lights no nothing so I popped the hood. Check the battery. Everything was connected and fine. Open my door, then got back into my vehicle and it started right up no issues. Today went to the same gas station to purchase up in the drink, and the car did the same exact thing (2015 q50 awd 115,xxx)
