Syntax Help (Time sensitive)

Here's a link to my code (pastebin)
This line (36) is giving me a syntax error on =
payload = struct.pack('<L', 0x1004f060, # ptr to &VirtualAlloc() [IAT MSA2Mfilter03.dll]
Any help would be appreciated, the project I'm working on has a deadline of noon tomorrow (and I don't even know if this works...)
For reference, I've been working off of this as a template - cxsecurity
I'm pretty new to Python so trouble shooting this has been mystifying so far.
