Passive question regarding base health

looking at http://leagueoflegends.wikia.com/wiki/Pyke
His passive states "Pyke's health cannot be improved except through growth (per level) and base health modifiers, instead he gains 「 (7.145% bonus health) bonus attack damage"
So what items modify base health? I looked and all I can find is info on either items that give bonus health or base health regen. I see no items that modify base health directly. Am I overlooking something?
