How do I get this “Current file” run configuration?

On my personal laptop this option just doesn’t seem to exist, while on my work laptop it’s been there from the start. I can’t find it anywhere either in the “Edit configurations” settings. The configuration makes it so that PyCharm runs the file I’m currently viewing.
