Here is an Animal Crossing murder mystery puzzle I created. Tom Nook is dead, but look on the bright side, you may be able to solve the case!
Post Body

Isabelle looked down the lines. She could not find the killer of poor Mr. Tom Nook. There were a few people missing, though. ‘Look on the bright side’ she told herself. ‘They can’t be that hard to find, just ask them some questions.’

—-[Statements]——

“I can’t have done it! I was waiting at home for the coming of my cage, I just got my third mouse!”

“How do we know he didn’t fall into a sewer? There’s like 5 of them, he’s gotta be down there!”

“It started out with a death threat, he told me he got one!”

“I knew Nook had enemies, but I can’t for a second think why. Why did it end up like this?”

“I bet it was a kiss with Mr. Resetti’s wife that got him caught. Those two have been in an affair for nearly four months”

“I wish everyone would shut up about it. This has happened three times before, no big deal. And it’s all in my newspaper anyway!”

“I only moved here four years ago. I try to hold on to the good memories of him, and I just can’t. It’s killing me.”

“He was probably asleep, the poor man. Swimming through lullabies. He’s got two eyes in the back of his head - nobody could kill him when he was awake.”

Isabelle looked at the statements. Suddenly, she got a rush of excitement. She knew who killed Nook!
