First, I want to thank the moderators for really helping out and stepping up during this difficult time for me. I'm a caregiver for my father who is dealing with serious health issues and we're also in the process of moving Pushshift into a COLO to improve services and scale up. I will make it a habit to check in on a more regular basis and some time every other day to answer questions related to Pushshift, etc.

After the holidays, I will be providing new contact information for people who have issues with removal requests. The email address will be staffed by additional people so that we can reply in a timely manner (usually within 24 hours except possibly weekends).

I will be making an additional post after the Thanksgiving holiday with the new email address once we have it set up and staffed properly.

The move to the COLO is still ongoing but we're entering the last phase of testing and the projected switchover is in one week. We have a hard deadline of December 1 due to our contracts ending with our current providers.
