I had to block a few IP's that aren't respecting 429 backoff messages

There are a few IP's making hundreds of requests a second and causing a lot of load at the web server which I had to block at the firewall.
Please respect the rate limits. If you consistently cause hundreds of 429's a minute, I will have no other choice than to block your IP since it causes service disruptions for others.
Getting occasional 429's is fine -- but causing hundreds a minute over an extended time causes issues for everyone.
