There are currently 40,000 comments with created_utc values in the future. This appears to be related to the power outage and one of the servers changing timezones. Within the Perl ingest code, there is a function that uses local time instead of UTC time. This is a bug I'm fixing that would only manifest itself under the right set of conditions.
I am updating all comments and submissions affected and should have them fixed within an hour. If you sort chronologically, it will appear the ingest is stuck because those comments are 7 hours in the future.
This should be resolved in an hour or so.
