What a fucking joke

My wife ordered piercing materials for her work. Was supposed to be here on the 9th with zero answers. From what I’m seeing everyone is getting the same answer from them which is either lost connection or no answer at all. This is a fucking joke. I get that it’s Christmas time but seriously not a single answer? Come on. Been waiting for 3hrs on the phone, the automated chat message on their website is trash and literally helps with nothing.
