Why is it that after 30 days of retention I barely feel different?

I’m sure some won’t receive my experience or say I must be doing something wrong, but I’m 30 days in retaining my seed and I feel no different: no greater energy levels, no more clarity, no extra confidence, none if it.
The only thing I feel is sluggishness and sexual frustration. I’m just not sure why this works for some people and not others. It’s very frustrating reading all the testimonials and not feeling different after 30 days.
