It’s just not working for me! I’ve been on multiple streaks now, and I’ve never gotten to the point where I feel better. If anything, I just always feel worse, which is the hardest part. Even if I is stabilized and stayed the same as I always do then I could deal with it. But retaining literally makes me feel worse as a person.
I’m sorry if this feels like complaining, but I’m really just trying to figure out what I’m doing wrong? I don’t have any more energy, any more courage of confidence, any more endurance, any more noticeable anything! I actually am quite low, energy and agitated.
I just don’t get what the point of this and I lose hope to continue!
