I about a month into my retention streak and I truly can't tell you one thing that's improved because of it. If anything I'm more pent up and frustrated, have low or chaotic energy throughout the day, and my sleep quality has greatly decreased (seems all my energy wants to explode at night and keep me up tossing and turning).
And please before you start: yes I meditate, I journal, I exercise daily, I eat clean, I am active, I drink water... I do all the right things which makes this more frustrating. I just want the good to come! What if it never arrives?
