Has anyone else found that retention kicks ass against hangovers?
Post Body

So I got pretty faded last night šŸ˜‚ just really enjoyed my friends party and indulged in a lot of alcohol and shit food.

Typically after a night like this my next day would be entirely out of wack. Iā€™d feel sick, have low motivation, lethargy, headaches, etc.

BUT to my surprise Iā€™m ready to go! I feel damn close to great today. Iā€™m working out now and Iā€™m hydrating and sweating it out but I have to attribute this to retention? Anyone else relate?
