Hey all,

Just wanted to let you know that we haven't been ignoring your pages recently. Our admin team noticed that we haven't been getting pageadmin requests for the last few days at all. While in theory that could be because we're either in the server when incidents happen or no one has sent us pages, the historical reality is that something must be off. We tested it a few minutes ago to no avail.

Operations and our Software Development team have been notified to determine the cause of the issue, and we'll try to have it back up as soon as possible.

Until then, if you have any urgent requests for admins when there is no admin in the server, please try a !pageadmin request initially as sometimes we'll be watching chat through ProCon. If no response, please send us an email at:

That will shoot us an urgent email in the same setup as the current pages.

I will let you know when things go back up, but I just wanted to personally let the community know that we haven't been purposely missing your pages, and I do apologize that we have not appeared to be living up to our promise of active admins.
