Is Tallad Duncan’s Descendant?

We know that Duncan has descendants. A lot of people have speculated that Brienne, the Cleganes and and Hodor. All of them are very tall, like Duncan. IIRC, Duncan was supposed to be handsome too. Most of these guys are average looking. Tallad is a handsome, tall and strong Hedge Knight hanging around in Kings Landing and has the same epithet. It seems like whether or not he’s actually Duncan’s descendant, that George intentionally made him similar to Duncan.
