She pulls so much on the leash, I'm sure she's hurting herself.

I stopped using her harness, cos she learned how to escape from it, so she's on a collar, which at first she pulled on much less. She's now decided she doesn't care, and pulls do hard that it's completely exhausting to walk her. I can literally hear her struggling to breath as she pulls. I've tried stopping, and only moving when she doesn't pull, I've tried treats, I've tried training her in low distraction environments. She's just no fun to walk at all. 5 months old..
