Resource Guarding food/person from other dogs

My dog is usually pretty good with other dogs. Will play, approach, let them approach, etc. unless she gets tackled but that’s an isolated issue. when we’re at dog parks, i’ll throw a ball and she’ll love to fetch it. If a dog also runs towards the ball, she’ll slow down and let the other dog grab it. She’s a toy so i think she understands that if she ran for it too she might get tackled lol

Anyway, I’ve seen her resource guarding (especially when she’s more tired) food/my gf from other dogs. For instance if we give her water from her water bottle, and another dog approaches the bottle, she’ll do those little snips and possibly growl. Same if my gf is sitting on the ground and other dogs approach my gf. My dog will growl/show teeth. Thankfully, she doesn’t do this towards people.

I’m just not sure how to train this out of her. Do i just need to set up play dates and give her high reward treats when sharing resources like water and my gf?
