I have a six month old corgi who is full. of. energy. I can not for the life of me get her to settle down. In the evenings she's jumping on the couch and barking. If she gets into the bedroom it's all about running around and finding stray socks. I've taught her "go to bed" where she goes and lays down on her bed, but she'll immediately get back up and go back to doing whatever she wants. She gets naps throughout the day (sometimes more for my sanity), has an abundance of toys of different varieties, we go on walks twice a day (about 0.5-0.75 mile per walk - she has short legs...). I've try to reward her with treats when she lays on her bed continuously. I don't know what else I can do to get her to calm. the flip. down.
Any advice?
