I have a 4 month old lab puppy and I have not been able to fully sleep through the night with him. He wakes me up at least 2-3 times during the night and then at 5am to eat then doesn’t fall back asleep. I can’t get more than a couple hours of sleep at a time. He wakes me up to go potty, drink a bunch of water or just to go downstairs and he awake. I’m at my whitts end.
Crate training and cutting out water about 1-2 hours before bedtime :) we usually put him to sleep in around 10:45-11 and he wakes up maybe once around 3-4AM to potty then again around 7am. Lately, it’s been 11-6AM!
My pup is 9weeks and it has made a drastic difference in how he is from when we first got him (no schedule or crate).
