my pup learned not to bite his leash the hard way
Post Body

i’m just tagging this adolescence because that’s what he is in :)

so my nearly 7 month old keeshond mix is an awful walker. i’ve made several posts about him and my frustrations with him. he is leash reactive with mostly dogs but also random people. but his new thing that i thought he was over was biting his leash. i ended up getting him a front clipping harness since he is also a horrible puller. but now that the leash is in front of him, he has to try and bite his leash at least 4 times per walk. and it drives me insane.

now today was just like any other, he starts off biting the leash and driving me crazy. so during this, he somehow jumps up and bites the leash and gets ahold of the bag of his poop. all of a sudden, his teeth dig INTO THE BAG OF HIS OWN SHIT!! now i feel bad for laughing, but his face after he realized what just happened made me not be able to be mad at him. BUT after that he didn’t bite his leash for the rest of the walk. so maybe him biting his own poop could be a good thing??
