Carrying a puppy before fully vaccinated - potty breaks?

I'm planning to carry my puppy around in public places before she's fully vaccinated to help with her socialization. I understand that to prevent parvo, puppies who are not fully vaccinated should not be placed on ground that isn't private.
However, if I am carrying her and she needs to pee, what do I do? Do I get her boots just for this purpose?
