Will my puppy still grow to full size even though he was neutered very young?

Long-time lurker, I finally have a question I'd like to pose to the group:

I adopted my puppy when he was 10 weeks old. During the debrief on his history, the receptionist made a point to tell me that he had very large paws (which I'd noticed) and given that, and his suspected breed (black mouth cur-heeler mix, with other vague tones) that he may be quite large. She also informed me that he had already been neutered. At the time, he was maybe 20lbs? He was very small, much smaller than our 40lb dog.

Now he's around 10 months (his birthday's in July) and weighs roughly 76lbs. His weight gain since March has slowed down, however (at the beginning of March, he was 65lbs, at the end of March he was 70, about a month ago he 76lbs and so far has been around the same weight, with no major change in diet). And his paws still look too large for him.

I know the research is developing everyday, but is it possible he was neutered too early? If so, are there any supplements or plans that are available to him? I know this would be a conversation for the vet, but I'd like a general idea before I charge in like a worried parent for nothing 😅

Any advice is helpful, please and thank you!
