Hey y’all, me again. Finally got my jacket in on Monday.

Started on it last night, with the top flaps just using a cheap wooden awl. Took about 2.5-3 hours just for the top flaps, and a little bit of it reaching the collar. Today I finished the bottom flaps within a couple hours. Next I’m going to hopefully sew a flannel patch into the leather flap by the zipper, and I’m planning on picking up leather paint after work tonight. Any tips on leather paint so I don’t end up ruining anything?
