Punk is almost wholly overlooked when I look at the entire list of inducted members. Some bands are in the hall, like the Ramones, Sex Pistols, and the Stooges. For example, I find it insane that the Misfits, Dead Kennedys, Black Flag, or Bad Religion never received a nomination or even a vote for consideration for induction. It took the RRHOF five or six nominations/votes before they finally recognized the Sex Pistols. How the fuck do they have Joan Jett and the Blackhearts in the hall but not the Runaways or any of the above-listed bands?
