Conflicted, to visit in March or not?

How’re things going? I mean I’ve seen the news but I’m hoping to get some insight from anyone living in Puerto Vallarta or who’s visited super recently?

I’ve never been and my 25th birthday is the first weekend of March. I’ve been looking at flying down (would be a solo trip) and either renting an airbnb or staying at one of the LGBT friendly resorts?

Super conflicted for obvious reasons. Would I enjoy the experience? Is it a ghost town or are people still visiting? How different is it from pre-covid?
