New simple setup!

I saw a bamboo mat at the local Big Reuse (an NYC second-hand store that does a lot of good work and where I’ve been able to been sooooo many wonderful and useful things through the years) and had to have for a chill tea sesh. Got a pot to the side for pouring out rinses and such.

Also, this is a Gu Yun Puerh, which I’ve seen interpretered as both Ancient Rhyme and & Ancient Poem. Not sure, but it so happens to be one of my favorite types of puerh. Not sure how it differs processing-wise, but it’s definitely more sweet and has that classic sticky rice smell. For the price, worth it! Got it off Yunnan Sourcing US :)

PS I’m pushing through puerh these days (and loving it tbh) because I have a W2T order coming in of admittedly higher quality stuff. I feel like I’m actually getting the hang of this tea thing :’)

For that matter, anyone try and W2T teas they’d recommend for next time? Anyone enjoy the Dark Peony ‘24? Meant to buy 3 minis,bought 75gs LMAO :)
