Hello,

So I am due to receive full time any week now. However, I'm confused about the vacation time situation. It says in the associate benefits list that less than a year of full time you get 4 hrs per calendar month of full time service (maxed at 40 hrs) if you get full time on or before Sept 30. However, since it is halfway thru October, does this mean I get no vacation benefits at ALL until Sept 30 of 2021, or do I get anything between now and next Sept 30... Seems a bit strange to get NOTHING at ALL just because it's past Sept 30.

TL;DR How does vacation time work with regards to the date in which you get full time after Sept 30?
