I just moved to Orlando a month ago, I had been in south Florida primarily in the substance abuse industry but I decided I wanted to change career paths and do something different that is more reliable with better overall benefits.

I have been going to the gym since I was 10 and I was a competitive powerlifter for a while. I stay in pretty good shape and I like physically demanding jobs, I chose this Publix route over joining an iron worker union. I’m a very hard worker, being an ex drug addict, felon, having tattoos all over my face lol makes it to where you have to be a hard worker.

Just wanted to see what to expect during training?
